How Booking Works
- Search: Select origin, destination, and travel date on our flight search
- Reserve: Secure your seats with a deposit (refundable in the situations set out in our Terms & Conditions)
- Documentation: Our concierge team guides you through pet travel requirements
- Confirmation: Flights confirm approximately 30 days before departure (minimum 7 days notice)
- Travel: Arrive at private FBO terminal and fly together in the cabin

Pricing
Prices vary by flight and are displayed on each listing. Pricing includes your seat and your dog's in-cabin passage.
A deposit secures your reservation. The balance is due closer to departure once the flight is confirmed.
If a flight is cancelled by Pet Air Valet due to insufficient numbers, you can choose a full refund of the deposit or apply the deposit to another available flight, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
