Fly with Friends. Refer a friend to your Pet Air Valet flight and receive €1,000 off your own booking. Referral credits stack across friends and can cover your entire booking.

How the Referral Programme Works

Book your flight. Reserve your own seat first — you need a confirmed Pet Air Valet booking to refer.
Invite your friends. They book the same Pet Air Valet flight, on the same day as you.
Send us their name. Email client@petairvalet.com or WhatsApp our concierge with your friend's name.
We match and credit. We match their booking to yours and deduct €1,000 per friend before you travel.

Who is Eligible

Existing Pet Air Valet clients with a confirmed booking on a future flight.
Each referred friend must be travelling on the same flight and same day as the referrer.
The referred friend's booking must be accepted by Pet Air Valet, paid in full, and not cancelled, refunded, charged back, or reversed.
Each referred friend may only be referred once.
Credits stack across friends and can cover your full booking; they are applied before your date of travel.

Referral Credit

The referral credit is €1,000 per eligible referral. The credit is applied to the referrer's booking only and is not transferable, not paid in cash, and not redeemable against another booking unless Pet Air Valet confirms otherwise in writing.

The credit may reduce the referrer's booking cost to zero. If the total credit exceeds the amount payable, no excess is paid, refunded, transferred, or carried forward.

How to Refer a Friend

You can share the referral programme details with anyone planning to fly the same Pet Air Valet route on the same date. The simplest path:

Email client@petairvalet.com with your friend's name and the flight details.
Or ask your friend to contact Pet Air Valet directly and mention your name when they book.
We will match the bookings and apply the credit before the date of travel.

You must have your friend's permission before sharing their personal data with Pet Air Valet.

Terms and Conditions

The Fly with Friends Referral Programme is governed by Section 22 of the Pet Air Valet Terms & Conditions. Pet Air Valet may amend, suspend, or withdraw the programme at any time, and may refuse, withhold, or reverse a referral credit where the referral does not meet the eligibility conditions or appears not to be genuine.

The referral credit cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional prices, seat sales, credits, special offers, or negotiated pricing unless Pet Air Valet confirms otherwise in writing.

Personal data shared with Pet Air Valet under this programme is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
