Gateway to the UK. Flights operate from London Luton Airport's private FBO terminal, offering a calm and efficient departure experience away from commercial crowds.

Pet Entry Requirements:

  • ISO microchip (15-digit)
  • Rabies vaccination (at least 21 days before travel)
  • EU Pet Passport or Animal Health Certificate
  • Tapeworm treatment 24-120 hours before UK arrival

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Hub connecting Europe with the Gulf region. Flights operate from Dubai Al Maktoum International Airport's private aviation facilities.

  • ISO microchip
  • Rabies vaccination
  • Health certificate (within 10 days of travel)
  • Rabies titre test (depending on country of origin)

  • ISO microchip

New York, United States

Our first transatlantic destination, with in-cabin flights from London and Zurich. US dog imports are overseen by the CDC; our concierge completes the paperwork with you.

Pet Entry Requirements:

  • CDC Dog Import Form receipt completed before travel
  • ISO microchip (15-digit)
  • Dogs must be at least six months old on arrival
  • Healthy appearance on arrival — we arrange a pre-flight veterinary check

Arrivals from rabies-free or low-risk countries — including the UK, the EU, and the UAE — need no additional rabies serology for US entry.

Toronto, Canada

Transatlantic flights from London and Zurich into Canada's largest city. Dog imports are overseen by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

Pet Entry Requirements:

  • Valid rabies vaccination certificate for dogs over three months, issued by a licensed veterinarian
  • ISO microchip recommended so the vaccination record unambiguously matches your dog
  • Veterinary health certificate issued shortly before departure

Dogs meeting the CFIA requirements enter Canada with no quarantine. Our team prepares the documents so the border check is a formality.
