Pet Air Valet launched in 2026, and we are building a new, specialist service around one simple principle: dogs are family and should travel with you in the cabin. This Trust Centre explains how our scheduled journeys work, how confirmation and payments are handled, and how to reach our team. We are committed to transparency, accountability, and learning from your feedback, so if anything is unclear, please tell us and we will improve it.

Clients have a contract with Pet Air Valet for coordination and concierge services, and separate contract(s) with operators and other providers under their terms.
