Pet Air Valet launched in 2026, and we are building a new, specialist service around one simple principle: dogs are family and should travel with you in the cabin. This Trust Centre explains how our scheduled flights work, how confirmation and payments are handled, and how to reach our team. We are committed to transparency, accountability, and learning from your feedback, so if anything is unclear, please tell us and we will improve it.
Who We Are
We coordinate and manage in-cabin, scheduled, shared-cabin flights for dogs and their humans.
- We are not an airline and we do not operate aircraft.
- Flights are operated by licensed air carriers or aircraft operators.

How Flight Confirmation Works
Many flights are shared-cabin and depend on reaching a minimum number of confirmed travellers.
- The typical minimum is 6 to 8 confirmed travellers for a flight to be confirmed.
- A deposit secures a provisional place, subject to flight confirmation and operator availability.
- We aim to confirm at least 30 days before departure and in all cases no later than 7 days before departure.

- The deposit is part of the total price and the amount is shown at checkout.
- A deposit secures a provisional place, subject to flight confirmation.
