Popular Questions
Can my dog fly in the cabin regardless of size?
Yes. Pet Air Valet accommodates dogs of all sizes, including large and giant breeds. Unlike commercial airlines, there are no strict size limits for in-cabin travel on our private jet journeys.
What documents does my dog need to travel?
Requirements vary by destination but typically include: microchip, rabies vaccination, health certificate, and sometimes import permits or titre tests. Our concierge team provides a personalised checklist when you book.
When is my journey confirmed?
We aim to confirm journeys 30 days before departure, with a minimum of 7 days notice. Confirmation depends on reaching minimum passenger numbers for shared-cabin journeys.
What if my journey is cancelled?
If Pet Air Valet cancels a journey due to insufficient numbers, you can choose a full refund of the deposit or apply the deposit to another available journey, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
How do I prepare my dog for the flight?
Give your dog a good walk before departure, feed a light meal a few hours before (not immediately before), and bring familiar comfort items. Most dogs settle well once the journey is underway.
