Regulatory footing
Pet Air Valet Ltd. is registered in Malta (C 114254, VAT MT32596337) with a transparent corporate structure and published contact trail. Flights are operated through a chain of licensed charter partners — each aircraft is operated by the holder of a commercial Air Operator Certificate in its jurisdiction of registration.
Safety standards on board
Dog-in-cabin safety is engineered into each flight: dog restraints rated for in-flight use, cabin climate and humidity managed for canine comfort, noise kept below a documented threshold, and crew training covering canine handling and basic in-flight first response. No Pet Air Valet flight departs without a pre-flight briefing for dogs and humans.
Insurance and accountability
Public-liability insurance covers every leg of the journey, including handover, boarding, flight, deplaning, and destination transfer. Concierge logs are retained for every booking, and any incident has a single named point of contact through to resolution.
