We are expanding quickly. If your origin or destination is not listed, submit Request a Destination or email client@petairvalet.com for updates.

We are expanding our journey network as quickly as possible to meet the needs of our clients and friends travelling with their dogs.

If your origin or destination is not listed, the best next step is to submit your preferred city pair through our Request a Destination form. We will notify you when this journey becomes available or when demand reaches our planning threshold.

How to request a new journey

  1. Submit your preferred origin and destination using our Request a Destination form.
  2. Share your ideal travel window and how flexible you are.
  3. Tell us how many humans and dogs would likely travel.

If you already know other families who would be interested in the same journey, please tell us. This group interest can speed up onboarding because it helps us confirm demand sooner.

Talk to a concierge

You are also welcome to contact a concierge to suggest new origins and destinations. A short message is enough.

When you contact us, please include:

  • Origin and destination
  • One-way or return
  • Your preferred month or date range
  • Number of humans and dogs
  • Whether you know other families interested in the same journey

What happens next

  • We track requests and prioritise new journeys where demand is clear.
  • If a journey reaches our planning threshold, we move it into scheduling and publish it on the website.
  • We then notify clients who requested this journey so they can reserve their space.

Pet Air Valet coordinates in-cabin pet travel journeys. We are not an airline. All flights are operated by licensed air carriers or aircraft operators.

How confirmation works

Pet Air Valet operates a shared-cabin model. Each journey typically requires a minimum of 6 to 8 travellers.

  • We aim to confirm journeys 30 days before departure
  • In all cases, confirmation is no later than 7 days before departure
