Yes. The refund terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions: https://www.petairvalet.com/terms-and-conditions The deposit rules depend on timing and on whether the journey has been confirmed. ## When the deposit is refundable 1) If we cannot confirm the journey If we do not reach the minimum number of travellers, or we cannot confirm the journey, we may offer you: - A full refund of the deposit, or - The option to apply the deposit to another available journey (any price difference may apply) If you choose a refund, we refund the deposit to the original payment method as soon as reasonably possible. 2) If you cancel before the journey is confirmed If you cancel before we confirm the journey, we refund the deposit less a cancellation charge equal to 20% of the deposit.
