Yes. Refund terms are in our Terms & Conditions. Before confirmation: refund less 20%. If we cannot confirm: full refund or credit to another journey.

The deposit rules depend on timing and on whether the journey has been confirmed.
When the deposit is refundable
1) If we cannot confirm the journey
If we do not reach the minimum number of travellers, or we cannot confirm the journey, we may offer you:
- A full refund of the deposit, or
- The option to apply the deposit to another available journey (any price difference may apply)
If you choose a refund, we refund the deposit to the original payment method as soon as reasonably possible.
2) If you cancel before the journey is confirmed
If you cancel before we confirm the journey, we refund the deposit less a cancellation charge equal to 20% of the deposit. This cancellation charge covers administrative and reservation costs.
When the deposit may not be refundable
If you cancel after the journey has been confirmed, we are not obliged to refund the deposit or any non-refundable amounts already paid, except where required by law.

About Pet Air Valet
Pet Air Valet coordinates in-cabin pet travel journeys. We are not an airline. All flights are operated by licensed air carriers or aircraft operators.
How confirmation works
Pet Air Valet operates a shared-cabin model. Each journey typically requires a minimum of 6 to 8 travellers.
- We aim to confirm journeys 30 days before departure
- In all cases, confirmation is no later than 7 days before departure
