How often does Pet Air Valet add new journeys?
We add new journey dates at least quarterly, sometimes more often. New destinations follow demand. We aim for ~8-month lead times and 1 year by end-2027.
We publish new journey dates at least once per quarter, and sometimes more often. We also expand our destination network when demand supports a new city pair.
Adding new journey dates
For destinations already in our network, we aim to add additional journey dates at least once per quarter.
Where possible, we plan and publish journeys around 8 months ahead of departure. This planning horizon helps families prepare travel documentation and organise schedules with confidence.
Adding new destinations
We expand our journey network for new origins and destinations based on:
- Traveller interest and demand
- Regulatory feasibility
- Operational capacity
If demand is strong, a new destination can move from "requested" to "scheduled" more quickly.
Our planning goal
Our goal is to publish journeys a year in advance by the end of 2027. This goal supports smoother planning for clients and a more predictable network calendar.
How you can influence the schedule
If you would like a specific city pair or date range:
- Submit a request via Request a Destination, or contact Assistance
- Tell us your preferred month and flexibility
- If you know other families interested in the same journey, mention this group interest because it can speed up scheduling
About Pet Air Valet
Pet Air Valet coordinates in-cabin pet travel journeys. We are not an airline. All flights are operated by licensed air carriers or aircraft operators.
How confirmation works
Pet Air Valet operates a shared-cabin model. Each journey typically requires a minimum of 6 to 8 travellers.
- We aim to confirm journeys 30 days before departure
- In all cases, confirmation is no later than 7 days before departure
