Pet Air Valet uses a simple structure: reserve with a deposit, then complete final payment once the journey is confirmed.
This structure keeps the upfront commitment as low as possible, while still giving families confidence that once we reach the required number of travellers, we can confirm the journey and move forward with planning.
Step 1: Reserve with a deposit
You reserve your space by paying a deposit at booking.
This deposit:
- Holds your space on the selected journey
- Signals real demand, which helps us reach the required number of travellers
- Allows our concierge team to start supporting your planning and documentation timeline
Step 2: Journey confirmation
We confirm the journey once the minimum number of travellers is reached and operational requirements are in place.
Once the journey is confirmed, we:
- Notify all booked travellers
- Share the next steps and timelines
- Support travel documentation planning and travel day preparation
Step 3: Final payment
Final payment is settled after the journey is confirmed, in line with the schedule shown during booking and in our Terms & Conditions.
This final payment stage means:
- Families avoid paying the full amount far in advance
- Payment timing aligns with a confirmed journey and a clear travel plan

We keep the deposit amount as little as possible while still ensuring:

About Pet Air Valet
Pet Air Valet coordinates in-cabin pet travel journeys. We are not an airline. All flights are operated by licensed air carriers or aircraft operators.
How confirmation works
Pet Air Valet operates a shared-cabin model. Each journey typically requires a minimum of 6 to 8 travellers.
- We aim to confirm journeys 30 days before departure
- In all cases, confirmation is no later than 7 days before departure
