Email client@petairvalet.com with your friend's name and the flight details, or reach our concierge on WhatsApp using the link on our website. You can also ask your friend to contact Pet Air Valet directly and mention your name when they book. We match the bookings and apply the credit before the date of travel. The programme is governed by Section 22 of our Terms & Conditions.
