Concierge roles coordinate individual flights from booking to arrival: paperwork, vets, FBO logistics, and client communication. Based in Malta or remote, ideally with travel-industry or premium-hospitality experience and a high tolerance for detail.
Flight-coordination roles manage the operational side: aircraft sourcing, crew briefings, handover logistics, and destination operators. Aviation or pet-travel background strongly preferred, deep operational rigour essential.
Product, engineering, and design roles building the software that powers bookings, concierge workflows, and the client experience. Veterinary coordinators on the operations team manage documentation timelines and partner with origin and destination vets.
