What a shared-cabin seat includes
Every seat on a scheduled Pet Air Valet flight includes one travelling person plus one in-cabin dog, white-glove concierge from handover to arrival, private-terminal (FBO) boarding, and dedicated help with destination-specific paperwork. Additional seats on the same flight are available for travelling companions and their dogs.
How reservations work
Pick an upcoming departure, place a refundable deposit, and your seat is held for 24 hours while you confirm documentation and logistics. Once the cabin fills, the charter is confirmed and you receive FBO check-in instructions, scheduled departure time, and a named concierge contact for the journey.
Refunds and schedule changes
Every reservation carries a 24-hour refundable hold. If a scheduled cabin does not fill, you can reschedule to another date at no penalty or take a full refund. The same refund terms apply if a destination's requirements change between booking and departure.
