EU Pet Passport and intra-EU travel
For travel within the EU and between the EU and Switzerland, your dog needs an EU Pet Passport issued by an authorised vet, a valid rabies vaccination, and microchip identification. The passport stays with the dog across the journey, and the concierge verifies each stamp before boarding.
UK entry requirements
The UK requires tapeworm treatment administered between one and five days before arrival, an up-to-date rabies vaccination, microchip identification, and either an EU Pet Passport or an Animal Health Certificate for non-EU origins. Approved entry points are limited; the concierge books a compliant route.
GCC and long-haul entry
Gulf destinations each have their own rules. Most require a rabies titre test (RNATT) meeting a minimum antibody threshold (typically ≥ 0.5 IU/ml), an official export health certificate endorsed by the origin country, and a destination-issued import permit. Lead times run from two weeks (Dubai) to three months (some Saudi routes).
